Hybrid Working Arrangements
We believe ‘work is what we do, not where it is done’ and offer a selection of working arrangements to ensure we offer the services our community expects, whilst giving employees more flexibility in how and where the work is done. Our offices are equipped for hybrid meeting, offering a range of breakout rooms and pod style workstations throughout. Structured Induction Programme
We’ll support you from day 1, giving you the information and skills you need in the first months of your career with us. Employees who need glasses for VDU use will receive a free eye test and a financial contribution towards the cost of the glasses
